Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Free of wear, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn accessories (such as gloves, hats, and ties) cannot be returned once used or tried on.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
